CVAR is partnering with PFAR and C.A.R. in presenting the Mental Health in 2021 series. Classes include a mental health discussion on Feb. 23, and a 6-week series of yoga sessions (attend any number of yoga sessions), beginning Wednesday, Feb. 24 at 8 a.m.
Click for 6-week course of yoga asana, focusing on basic postures to improve mental focus, alleviate stress and create space in the body, especially in areas of common aches and pains.
The Feb. 23 Mental Health Discussion is lead by national speaker, entrepreneur and activist, Hank Fortener, founder of AdoptTogether.org
