REALTORS®, do you want to make an impact in your community? Have you ever wondered how you could express your concerns or support for the policies that impact the Real Estate Industry and your hometown?
Legislative Day is where you need to be!
For the first time, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) will be hosting a “virtual” Legislative Day on Tuesday, April 27–and it’s free!
The morning starts with a message from Sen. Toni Atkins, President pro Tempore of the California State Senate, and Assemblymember Blanca Rubio, representing the 48th District (Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, City of Industry, Covina, Duarte, El Monte, Glendora, Irwindale, Monrovia, West Covina, and the San Gabriel Valley unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County). Then throughout the day, there will be meetings with our legislators, where we will discuss the “Hot Issues” and let our voices be heard.
For a $20 donation there will be a “virtual reception” where you can mix and mingle.
As a fellow REALTOR® and one who has gone to Sacramento year after year, I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to experience a very exciting event and make history.
We are the voice of our clients and it has been said there is strength in numbers. Let’s demonstrate our commitment to advocating for our industry and homeownership. Check with the association to see how you can get more involved in this amazing event. We are #strongertogether
