CA Home Sales – Existing single-family homes sales totaled 399,600 in August on a seasonally adjusted annualized rate, down 1.8% from July and 6.6% from August 2017. (CAR)

Fraud Increase – Mortgage fraud is up 12.4% year over year in Quarter 2. Income fraud risk had the greatest increase year over year, followed by occupancy and transaction fraud. Property and undisclosed real estate debt showed declines in risk. (CoreLogic)
