Currently you can toggle between the old and new zipForm® Plus platform, but as of Oct. 31, you will not be able to access the old version–which may be frightening to some.
Here are a few answers to some of the common questions:
- The New version is available now
- All documents/transactions will automatically convert to the new version
- All forms/libraries will convert to the new version as well as contacts and any other information created in the old version
- The Mobile and Desktop (Standard) versions have not changed and will not change until further notice
- There is a “Report a Problem” button on the home page of the zipForm® program if a member incurs a problem that needs to be reported.
