5-Part Webinar ‘Know the Code’
C.A.R. Staff Attorney Brian Polinsky is presenting a five-part webinar series called “Know the Code,” describing actual cases C.A.R. has published on its website to reveal how the Code of Ethics applies in practice. The webinars cover the underlying facts of each published case and will provide the basis for the hearing panel’s decision finding the REALTOR® in violation of the Code. Then, there will be a discussion of what the REALTOR® in each case could have done to avoid the violation. This month’s webinar is Part V of the series. If you missed previous installments of the series, you can find the recordings here.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of the educational purpose of the webinar, the actual names of the REALTORS® will not be mentioned. If you would like see the full C.A.R. ethics violator publication page, which includes the names and photos of the violators, it can be found here.
