The statement for 3rd Quarter MLS fees have been emailed out and are due by June 30, 2016.

This week we are offering a class at CVAR West on how to “List & Sell Commercial Investment Property,” on Thursday, June 30. Free cookies and beverages are still available daily at all three CVAR locations during Member Appreciation Month!
A free Lunch & Learn is scheduled the following Thursday, July 7, from 11 a.m.-noon. “How to Avoid Issues When Opening Escrow” includes a free lunch.

A survey from the MacArthur Foundation found that Americans view a stable, affordable home as fundamental to economic security, but it’s becoming more unattainable, with 68 percent saying it’s harder to find now than it was for previous generations. Potential Buyers Staying on Sidelines?
