The polls are open online now through 4 p.m. next Wednesday, June 15, but you can also vote at the Meet the Candidates Forum & BBQ on Friday, June 10, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. A free BBQ is available to REALTOR® members who vote at CVAR headquarters in Glendora. The forum of candidates for the CVAR Board of Directors will be live-streamed to our offices at CVAR West and East, and a free lunch will be provided at each of these locations. Polls are also open for online voting June 6, 9 a.m. (PST) to June 15, 4 p.m. (PST).

Candidate for 2017 President (2-year term)
Don Gebhard, KALEO Real Estate Co.
Don has been with CVAR since 2009, serving on Local Government Relations (LGR) and MLS committees, and is currently serving as Treasurer of the Board of Directors. He’s the Chair of Budget and Finance, and also a director on the state level, with C.A.R.
His reason for running: “To continue serving to give back, and to position CVAR to be in the forefront of all associations for years to come.”
Candidate for 2017 President-Elect (3-year term)
Linda Clinton, Century 21 Beachside
Linda has been a CVAR member since 1994, serving on the Grievance, LGR, MLS, Scholarship and Professional Standards committees. She’s currently Chair of the Professional Standards committee.
“I want to continue to use my experience working together with like-minded members who have dedicated their time to keep CVAR a first-class organization, enabling members to conduct business with the highest ethical and educational standards.”

Heather Brang, KALEO Real Estate Co.
A member since 2008, Heather has served on the Membership Value Committee since 2009, and has been a CAF director since 2015.

Bruce Engles , Realty World All Stars
Bruce has served CVAR as a member of the Board of Directors numerous times since 2006, is a past President, and is currently president of the CVAR Community Awareness Foundation. He is currently Chair of the MLS Forum and LGR Committee, and has served on the Budget and Finance Committee. On the state level, he’s served on the C.A.R. Board of Directors.

Carol Ann Facciponti, Carousel Realty
A CVAR member since 1986, Carol has served on numerous committees, represents Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® as a C.A.R. and N.A.R. Director, is a current member of the CVAR Board of Directors, and is a past President.

With CVAR since 2010, Danielle is on CVAR’s 2016 Board of Directors, a member of Young Professionals Network (YPN) since 2012, and was the Chair in 2015. She’s been on the Membership Value Committee since 2014, and is the Chair for 2016.

Barbara has been a CVAR member since 1978, serving as President in 2012 and a member of the Board of Directors numerous times. She’s been a CAF Board Member, served on the Professional Standards committee 11 years; Budget & Finance over 8 years, and as Vice-Chair and Chair for Membership and Bylaws.
