CRMLS will begin to cover the Victor Valley, Lake Arrowhead, and Big Bear regions starting May 1, 2018. Any CRMLS participant with an active listing in one of these service areas will be required to enter that listing into CRMLS or have the Seller complete a Seller Exclusion Form.
Over 30% of the listings in these new service areas are already in the CRMLS database. Most brokers and agents working in these areas already use CRMLS to market their listings to the more than 86,000 CRMLS agents across the region. With this service area addition, only the handful of CRMLS participants that have not already uploaded their listings into CRMLS from one of these areas will need to do so.
As of March 6, CRMLS has discontinued CMAzing, Neighborhood Envoy and Design Center.
CRMLS recommends the following alternatives:
Cloud CMA, Matrix CMA, or RPR
Neighborhood Envoy Alternatives
Cloud CMA, ListReports, or Realist Tax
Design Center Alternatives
