The 8th Annual Summer Kickoff on June 16 will be four times the fun in its block party format! Food, music, booths and networking opportunities will flow in and around four custom homes at La Colina Estates in Glendora!

How do I use it?
SIGN UP to register for a half-hour Webinar (Tuesday, May 31, at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m.; Wednesday or Thursday, June 1 or 2, at 9 a.m.) to ready yourself and your mobile device to use the app when it launches June 1.
What can I do with it?
With the ShowingTime app you can schedule and confirm showings, see upcoming showing appointments, view showing instructions, request feedback, respond to feedback, share listing activity reports with sellers, get push notifications of showing requests, search listings in MLS, send price adjustment emails and add activities, such as open houses, etc., to the listing report.

NAR Fights Back Against ‘Patent Troll’
The NAR has filed a petition with the U.S. Patent Office challenging patent infringement claims by companies that demand payment from real estate companies for “old and widely available” technology. “With this action, we’re telling the company and other patent trolls that our industry won’t tolerate these kinds of tactics against innocent real estate professionals who use well-known, ordinary technologies and business methods.” READ MORE
2017 C.A.R. Director Application
If you’re interested in being involved in how the real estate industry is governed, and would like to be considered as a director of the California Association of REALTORS® representing Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®, please complete the CAR Director Application. Qualifications for this position can be found on the application.
CVAR will accept completed applications through June 17.
