GRI, which stands for Graduate REALTOR® Institute, is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. The GRI designation is considered the nation’s number one real estate designation.

102 Trust Fund Management
This course fulfills the Department of Real Estate mandated 3-hour Trust Funds requirement for first time license renewals. Instruction includes the importance of knowing how to properly handle trust funds to help keep licensees from losing their emphasizes licenses. Discover the importance of properly accounting for client’s deposits. Whether a salesperson or a broker, licensees need to know how to maintain records and document the receipt and disbursement of trust funds in a manner that is consistent with the law.
104 Fair Housing
This course fulfills the Department of Real Estate mandated 3-hour Fair Housing requirement for first time license renewals. It is designed to increase the real estate licensees knowledge and awareness of sources of federal and state fair housing laws and related civil right and anti-discrimination laws that affect real property transactions and business establishments.
